The Mysterious Case of Amy’s Whereabouts

A camera and a notebook with a map cover.

Where did Amy go?

I’ve been here, working behind the scenes, getting things done. My summer was busy due to a whole mess of things that happened, and yeah, things got busy, and I’m still working on getting things straightened out for a few projects.

Blog posts ended up getting put to the lower portion of my to-do list, but I’m planning to get back into doing it hopefully weekly or at least biweekly.

One of the projects that I’ve been working on is the long-awaited vlog. Yep, it’s still happening, and I’m getting a few episodes ready before I put them up. Work smarter, not harder I say. Doing up transcripts and getting source files into a sharable format is a lot of work, but worth it. I hope you’ll tune in when it goes live.

The podcast will also be coming back soon as well. Been making quality adjustments here and learning some new software – and that takes time.

I also faced some health issues this year – for the first time in over six years – arthritis in my shoulder decided to make itself known and make up for those missing six years. I’m finally past that and trying to make up for lost time.

I won’t be doing NaNoWriMo this year – just don’t have the time and the want to do it. I need to get my novels back on track after three years and counting of having the ability to promote anything of mine taken away from me. But to all those who are happily working away on NaNovels – I send you all the good luck and words you could want.

I’m still working on the second book of the first trilogy and must get my short fiction edited, and it should be ready soon. I’ll update with links to that once I’ve got more in front of me that is certain.
