My editor has handed back my edits for the first book.
Now I have to sit and go through them all. I trust her ability and feedback, so the sense of trepidation is less than someone else looking at my work. Someone else has seen my baby and didn’t run screaming. In fact it has spawned some rather funny in-jokes.
I am rather tired as of late – the cold from hell that hit and ran down everyone I know didn’t spare me, and I’m still trying to get my energy back.
[Deep breath]
Can someone come hold my hand while I go through this?
It’s mostly stuff that you’d go, “Oh, of course!”
No potatoes were harmed in the editing of this book.
But the other veggies really need to get their shit together LOL
